In particolare in questo punto di vendita ho trovato una buona scelta di abiti. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Andrebbe tutto bene se l'abito che si sceglie cade a pennello o deve essere semplicemente accorciato. I problemi vengono fuori quando le modifiche sono altre perché il personale non avrebbe conoscenze specifiche di sartoria e mette spilli dove pensa che sia lì la soluzione e il sarto (collaboratore esterno a pagamento) che non è presente, esegue alla lettera quanto indicato dagli spilli e può capitare che poi venga fuori un risultato diverso da quello necessario. Purtroppo è capitato a mia moglie con un abito "importante". Sono stati necessari ben tre distinti interventi di modifiche, dopo aver richiesto con fermezza la presenza del sarto per ritrovare ormai una soluzione bene o male soddisfacente, ob torto collo. Tra l'altro ci sono stati richiesti ben 70 euro, ridotti poi a 50, per la sartoria viste le "tante modifiche" effettuate (ma a causa dei loro errori). Peccato! The "Luisa Spagnoli" brand is in itself a guarantee of quality and elegance and would deserve at least another star. In particular in this store I found a good choice of clothes. The staff is helpful and kind. It would be all right if the dress you choose fits perfectly or just needs to be shortened. Problems arise when the changes are other because the staff would not have specific tailoring knowledge and put pins where they think the solution is there and the tailor (paid external collaborator) who is not present, performs to the letter what is indicated by the pins and it may happen that then a different result than what is necessary will come out. Unfortunately it happened to my wife with an "important" dress. Three distinct interventions of modifications were necessary, after having firmly requested the presence of the tailor to find by now a satisfactory solution for good or bad, ob torto collo. Among other things, we were asked for a good 70 euros, then reduced to 50, for the tailoring given the "many changes" made (but because of their mistakes). Sin!
