Ho acquistato un giubbino (abbastanza costoso) circa un anno e mezzo fa, dopo pochissimi mesi si è rotta la cerniera della tasca ed ora anche la lampo principale, dopo averne fatto un normale uso nei mesi invernali. Sono tornato in negozio per far visionare il danno al titolare e, con cotanta superbia e sgarbatezza, sosteneva che il capo fosse ormai vecchio, senza neanche riconoscere la qualità dell'oggetto venduto. Sconsigliatissimo, non tanto per i prodotti venduti, ma soprattutto per l'atteggiamento del titolare.

I bought a jacket (quite expensive) about a year and a half ago, after a few months the zipper of the pocket and now also the main zipper broke, after having made a normal use in the winter months. I went back to the shop to have the owner view the damage and, with such pride and rudeness, he claimed that the garment was now old, without even recognizing the quality of the item sold. Not recommended, not so much for the products sold, but above all for the attitude of the owner.

son entrato qualche giorno fa nel primo pomeriggio in pieno clima pre saldi e ripeto questa commessa non si è proprio curata del cliente né del farmi capire cosa fosse in saldo . non tornerò mai più né consiglio . spero che il proprietario del negozio legga quanto scritto e si faccia due domande .
