Il giorno dell’appuntamento mi presento con 10 minuti di anticipo, attendo esattamente 1 ora e 10 per una semplice igiene orale.
Facendo richiesta per una spiegazione mi è stato detto che era un giorno “incasinato” e che se avessi voluto, avrei potuto prenotare un appuntamento per la settimana dopo, facendomi andar via a mani vuote.
Purtroppo a mio parere c’è una grande disorganizzazione di fondo.
Do 1 Stella solo per cortesia.

 I booked oral care with a minimum of 3 weeks notice.
On the day of the appointment, I show up 10 minutes early, waiting exactly 1 hour and 10 for a simple oral hygiene.
Asking for an explanation I was told it was a "messed up" day and that if I wanted to, I could book an appointment for the next week, making me walk away empty-handed.
Unfortunately, in my opinion there is a great underlying disorganization.
I give 1 Star only out of courtesy.
