★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile giudicare un allevamento di lumache, ma dal punto di vista loro direi che stanno decisamente bene. Mangiano inconsapevoli verdura fresca e sono riparate dai predatori. Sono stato all'open-day dove hanno spiegato come funziona l'allevamento e si potevano mangiare vari piatti a base di lumaca, anche insoliti come le lasagne. I proprietari sono simpatici e disponibili. Se passate da quelle parti il sabato fermatevi per chiedere informazioni.
Difficult to judge a snail farm, but from the point of view of them I would say that they are definitely good. They eat unaware fresh vegetables and are sheltered from predators. I was at the open-day where they explained how breeding works and you could eat various snail-based dishes, even unusual ones like lasagna. The owners are nice and helpful. If you pass by on Saturday, stop to ask for information.
