La lavatrice è stata consegnata e installata male in quanto al primo lavaggio vibrava vistosamente. Mia madre ha chiamato ripetutamente affinché venissero a sistemargliela ma prima la hanno risposto che sarebbero venuti ad un ora e non si è visto nessuno. Poi dopo la seconda chiamata che sarebbero venuti ad un altra ora e non si è visto nessuno. Poi dopo la terza chiamata che non si deve preoccupare e sarebbero venuti prima possibile... Morale: alla fine sono andato io a regolare i piedini... Scusate ma il servizio è pessimo e inaffidabile My elderly mother bought a washing machine and also paid for the installation service.
