Ma ho lasciato una chiave i primi di luglio.... vado i primi d'agosto per vedere a che punto sono(senza nessuna loro chiamata)... mi consegnano la chiave e non funziona...... mi comunicano che risolveranno al più presto.. oggi al 27 settembre non sono mai stata contattata. Se non era possibile sistemare il problema o se non ne siete in grado non era necessario tenervi la chiave ;)
Phone under warranty. Very long times, but ok there can be and problem solved.
But I left a key early in July .... I go to the beginning of August to see how far they are (without their call) ... they give me the key and it doesn't work ...... they tell me that will resolve as soon as possible .. today to September 27 I have never been contacted. If it was not possible to fix the problem or if you are unable to do so, it was not necessary to keep the key;)

La prima cosa che ho notato, nell' attesa del mio turno, è stata la pazienza e la gentilezza che i ragazzi hanno in reception, (cosa che oggi giorno non trovi facilmente in giro). In secondo, la passione che mettono nel risolverti il problema. Sono stato servito da Sergio, una persona fantastica. Lo ringrazio per avermi risolto il problema (cosa che altri centri non hanno saputo fare) in tempi brevissimi e inoltre mi ha dato consigli utilissimi per evitare problemi futuri. Vi farò un ottima pubblicità. Complimenti!
I took my phone to this authorized center for repair. The first thing I noticed, while waiting for my shift, was the patience and kindness that the guys have at the reception, (which you can't easily find around today). Secondly, the passion they put into solving your problem. I was served by Sergio, a fantastic person. I thank him for solving the problem (which other centers have not been able to do) in a very short time and he also gave me very useful advice to avoid future problems. I will make you an excellent publicity. Compliments!
