Hallucinating experience, bad service, almost two months to fix a TV. On the phone rather than giving answers they put on endless waits with jingle. Never again!!

Tempistiche infinite, telefoni scambiati. Mando un brondi, me ne ritornano un altro dicendomi che è stato sostituito. Peccato che il colore è diverso, ed è palesemente usato (back cover tutta graffiata).
Tutto ciò a distanza di due mesi.
Bad.
Endless timelines, swapped phones. I send a brondi, they return another one telling me that it has been replaced. Too bad that the color is different, and it is clearly used (back cover all scratched).
All this after two months.
