★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veloce ...professionale e gentile la ragazza al banco ha risolto il mio problema dando contemporaneamente ascolto ad una maleducata e arrogante "signora "che pur essendo arrivata dopo di me ha ripetutamente chiesto di essere servita subito.Alla povera ragazza non è rimasto che ammiccare e togliersi dai piedi una cliente che necessita un corso urgente di saper vivere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto problemi con il credito ed ho chiesto chiarimenti. Per darmi informazioni hanno voluto 10 euro( con tanto di scontrino) e la spiegazione datami non sta" né in cielo né in terra". Mi hanno invitata, dal momento che non ho accettato quanto dettomi, di chiamare il 119 !!! Ho avuto " la fortuna " di riuscire a contattare un operatore TIM che ha confermato quanto asserivo io smentendo il PUNTO TIM!!!! Ha, inoltre, preso nota dell'illecito fatto al negozio e quanto prima mi riaccrediteranno i 10 euro !!!!!!
