★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, che mi fa dubitare non solo delle loro competenze professionali ma anche della loro onestà, ho portato il mio attrezzo a scoppio seminuovo, perfettamente funzionante, solo da vedere l'accensione a caldo un po faticosa. Dopo 3 settimane che attendo invano decido di andare la a vedere lo stato del lavoro (biaogna andare la per forza, un cartello di cartone messo li perenne avvisa che il telefono è "rotto" ; devo dire che in epoca di coronavirus dovermi recare in un luogo per non fare una telefonata è assurdo. ) attendo il mio turno e mi dicono che l'attrezzo da giardinaggio è irriparabile! Non conviene ripararlo, chiedo spiegazioni dato che quando l'avevo portato la funzionava, cominciano a dirmi che ormai il motore era andato... senza niente di preciso. Decido dopo un sospiro di farmi dare indietro sto attrezzo con tutti i pezzi di motore smontati dentro a un sacchetto. Approfitto del fatto che ho un po di tempo e qualcosa la so fare, rimonto tutti i pezzi, dopp averli ben puliti, viti, bulloni, marmitta, carter, filtro, carburatore, avviamento.... si era tutto smontato! Al primo avvio è andato in moto subito, ha lavorato 3 ore di fila senza perdere un colpo. E a dire loro che era da buttare... perso solo tempo e basta, ah un pezzo me l'hanno anche perso

At the first start he went straight away, worked 3 hours straight without missing a beat. And to tell them it was to be thrown away ... only lost time and that's enough, they also lost me a piece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, mio fratello ha portato una motosega a riparare perché aveva solo l'avviamento non funzionante, dopo mesi mesi e mesi di attesa e svariate telefonate e dopo essersi recato molte volte in officina, hanno detto che l'hanno portata a Treviso che c'era uno che ci sapeva fare per ripararla, alla fine della fiera dalla disperazione ha chiesto di riaverla indietro ed è ritornata mancante di barra in acciaio, catena, carter, lamierini porta barra, arpione e filtro aria originali, ricomposta con pezzi di fortuna e con un pezzo quasi sicuramente proveniente da altra motosega. Il fatto risale ormai a più di un anno fa, ma ogni volta che mio fratello usa la motosega non avendo più i suoi pezzi originali vi lascio solo immaginare le imprecazioni!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero alla ricerca di una lama di ricambio per il mio tagliaerba elettrico della AL-KO e naturalmente ho fatto un giro di telefonate. Un loro concorrente mi aveva chiesto un prezzo troppo alto, sicché ero quasi convinto di acquistarlo in internet, con i tempi di consegna che però non sarebbero stati compatibili con le mie urgenze (l'erba avrebbe continuato a crescere, rendendo poi difficoltoso il taglio). Ho contattato anche loro, che da subito si sono messi alla ricerca del pezzo, mi hanno detto che bisognava ordinarlo e che sarebbe arrivato in 2 giorni. Così l'ho ordinato e come promesso dopo 2 giorni la signora mi ha telefonato per dirmi che era arrivato. Il prezzo poi è stato addirittura inferiore a quelli che si trovano su internet. Che dire: SERVIZIO PERFETTO, COMPETENZA e ONESTA'. Grazie!!!
