★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per il noleggio di un rasaerba, mi dicono che uno è disponibile. Rispondo che confermo ma che avrei controllato la disponibilità della caparra da parte della mia ditta e che avrei fatto sapere a brevissimo . Rispondono che non c'è problema e che avrei dovuto fare sapere entro 1ora.
Richiamo dopo 28 minuti e rispondono che l'hanno noleggiata a uno che ha chiamato 5minuti dopo di me. Non solo non si scusano ma danno la colpa a me perché non ho pensato di lasciargli il mio recapito telefonico e che non era loro interesse chiedermelo.
Da aggiungere che il sito non è aggiornato poiché ci sono elencati mezzi che in realtà non hanno.
Professionalità zero..
 I call for the rental of a lawnmower, they tell me that one is available. I reply that I confirm but that I would have checked the availability of the deposit by my company and that I would have made it known very soon. They reply that there is no problem and that I should have let them know within 1 hour.
I call back after 28 minutes and they reply that they rented it to someone who called 5 minutes after me. Not only do they not apologize but they blame me because I didn't think about giving them my phone number and that it was not in their interest to ask me.
It should be added that the site is not up to date as there are means listed that they actually do not have.
Zero professionalism ..
