★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è estremamente fornito. Sono stato seguito e mi hanno spiegato come usare al meglio il mio decespugliatore. Con educazione e desiderio di spiegare al meglio.
Di sopra c'è il reparto Bbq. Bellissimo, al più presto saranno organizzati corsi per specializzarsi nell"arte della griglia. Sembra un negozio in Germania.
Molto consigliato.
The shop is extremely well stocked. I was followed and they explained to me how to best use my brush cutter. With education and a desire to explain better.
Upstairs is the Bbq department. Beautiful, courses to specialize in the art of the grill will be organized soon. It looks like a shop in Germany.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi trovo a dare un giudizio nettamente negativo, premettendo che i macchinari che ho noleggiato sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative, nel servizio mi aspetto anche l'educazione che considero componente fondamentale in ogni attivita che abbia a che fare con il pubblico.
mi sono trovato a restituire degli attrezzi noleggiati, al mio saluto non ho ricevuto risposta dall'addetto che era in negozio(senza mascherina), quindi ho riportato l'attrezzo all'interno del negozio e il suddetto impiegato nel sistemarlo mi ha provocato un leggero taglio a un dito, ma anche qui non si è neanche degnato di chiedermi scusa.
Consiglio al titolare del negozio di far fare un ripassino di buona educazione ai suoi dipedenti.
Unfortunately, I find myself giving a clearly negative opinion, assuming that the machines I rented have lived up to expectations, in the service I also expect education which I consider a fundamental component in any activity that has to do with the public.
I found myself returning some rented tools, to my greeting I did not receive an answer from the employee who was in the shop (without mask), so I brought the tool back into the shop and the aforementioned employee in fixing it caused me a slight cut a finger, but even here he did not even deign to apologize.
I advise the shop owner to have his employees do a polite review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente acquistato un biotrituratore Sthil GHE 420, un apparecchio utilissimo e di qualità, adatto sia a compostare il materiale morbido (scarti di piante da orto, piccola potatura), sia a cippare rami anche duri, fino a 50 mm. Avevo ordinato il modello più piccolo (GHE355), ma tardava ad arrivare ed ho quindi optato per il top di gamma già disponibile. Ecco, dopo un pomeriggio di lavoro, posso dire "meno male che non era disponibile ciò che avevamo pensato fosse adatto alle nostre esigenze". La macchina è "importante" ma molto semplice da utilizzare; abbiamo riutilizzato il compost prodotto ridistribuendolo come concime. Tra qualche settimana avremo da fare un pò di potature, riutilizzeremo il cippato da spargere nelle aiuole, per evitare che crescano le erbacce. In definitiva, sono evidentemente soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Ho avuto modo di far manutenere un trattorino a raggio 0 (non acquistato da loro, perchè non volevo il modello più grande, che era disponibile); la macchina va finalmente bene. I fratelli Ferloni sono dei professionisti del settore, non sono i più economici sul mercato perchè trattano solo prodotti di alta gamma, la qualità (giustamente) si paga.
I recently purchased a Sthil GHE 420 shredder, a very useful and quality device, suitable both for composting soft material (vegetable waste, small pruning), and for chipping even hard branches, up to 50 mm. I had ordered the smaller model (GHE355), but it was slow in arriving and I therefore opted for the top of the range already available. Here, after an afternoon of work, I can say "thank goodness that what we thought was suitable for our needs was not available". The machine is "important" but very simple to use; we reused the compost produced by redistributing it as fertilizer. In a few weeks we will have to do some pruning, we will reuse the wood chips to spread in the flower beds, to prevent weeds from growing. Ultimately, I am obviously satisfied with the purchase. I had the opportunity to have a 0 radius tractor maintained (not purchased by them, because I did not want the larger model, which was available); the car is finally fine. The Ferloni brothers are professionals in the sector, they are not the cheapest on the market because they only deal with high-end products, the quality (rightly) you pay for.
