Mi hanno seguito su tutto, io non sapevo niente di pompe sommerse, pozzi artesiani, ecc
Mi hanno fornito ottimo materiale, assistenza telefonica (posso garantire che fra telefonate e whatsapp gliele ho rotte abbastanza le scatole ?)
Nel mio ordine mancavano pure dei pezzi (colpa mia che non sapevo come andava fatto l'impianto) e loro me li hanno spediti senza che avessi nemmeno pagato. Mi hanno spedito la fattura e detto di pagare con comodo.
Si sono assicurati anche nel post vendita, che tutto funzionasse.
Veri professionisti del settore che ci tengono al cliente e non alla pura e semplice vendita del materiale.

They followed me on everything, I didn't know anything about submerged pumps, artesian wells, etc.
They provided me with excellent material, telephone support (I can guarantee that between phone calls and whatsapp I broke the boxes enough for them ?)
In my order there were also some pieces missing (my fault that I did not know how the implant was made) and they sent them to me without even paying me. They sent me the invoice and told me to pay easily.
They also made sure in the after-sales service that everything worked.
True professionals in the sector who care about the customer and not the pure and simple sale of the material.

Ho acquistato un'elettropompa che poi si è rivelata inadatta al mio impianto, me l'hanno cambiata con un altro modello senza problemi, nonostante l'avessi già installata. Inoltre, visto che la seconda pompa aveva un prezzo inferiore alla prima, mi hanno restituito la differenza senza costringermi all'acquisto di ulteriore materiale.

If you are looking for competence, professionalism and availability do not think twice and contact them. I bought an electric pump which later proved unsuitable for my system, they changed it to another model without any problems, despite having already installed it. Also, since the second pump was priced lower than the first, they refunded me the difference without forcing me to buy more material.
