 Bad experience. After 20 days from the payment of the product they still did not notify me of the shipment or the probable date of the same. To get my refund I had to do 2 negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza con il venditore positiva, meno con il prodotto acquistato, camino al bioetanolo mod.A180, al di là delle misure totalmente errate presenti nel sito il camino dopo tre mesi dall' acquisto ha preso letteralmente fuoco, il bruciatore presente all interno si è aperto lasciando uscire le fiamme dappertutto, fiamme che hanno cominciato a bruciare anche la struttura in legno, il tutto dentro casa...tralascio i particolari, al momento sono in attesa di sapere dal venditore chi sia il produttore per muovermi nelle sedi opportune, sperando di ricevere al più presto questa informazione.
Positive experience with the seller, less with the purchased product, bioethanol fireplace mod.A180, beyond the totally incorrect measurements on the site, the fireplace literally caught fire three months after the purchase, the burner inside opened letting the flames go out everywhere, flames that have begun to burn even the wooden structure, all inside the house ... I leave out the details, at the moment I am waiting to know from the seller who the manufacturer is to move to the appropriate locations, hoping to receive this information as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei ordinato il prodotto da voi perché con prezzo più basso rispetto ad altri siti, ma non esiste che io debba pagare più di 16€ di commissioni Paypal per avere un pagamento sicuro. Ho comprato altrove e ho comunque risparmiato.
I would have ordered the product from you because it has a lower price than other sites, but there is no way that I have to pay more than € 16 in Paypal commissions to have a secure payment. I bought elsewhere and still saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda con prodotti ad un'ottimo prezzo ma spedisce senza curarsi degli imballi quindi i prodotti ingombranti e pesanti arrivano puntualmente danneggiati. Il post vendita è poi imbarazzante, rispondono cortesemente ma con tempi biblici per poi alla fine non risolvere le problematiche che causano ma scaricando costi di restituzione al povero malcapitato. Mai più mi vedranno.
Company with products at an excellent price but ships without taking care of the packaging so bulky and heavy products arrive punctually damaged. The after-sales service is then embarrassing, they respond politely but with biblical times and then in the end they do not solve the problems they cause but download return costs to the poor unfortunate. They will never see me again.

Chiamo il 28 mi dicono che non hanno il pezzo e che forse se ne parla dopo altre 3 settimane.
Nulla da aggiungere, siamo quasi alla truffa.
I ordered a product in the catalog on the 19th the product was not shipped. I call on the 23 and they tell me that they ship it the same day or at the latest on the 24th
I call the 28th they tell me that they don't have the piece and that maybe they talk about it after another 3 weeks.
Nothing to add, we are almost the scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza simile ad altri utenti. Acquisto online, prodotto magicamente non più disponibile perché acquistato da altri ma ancora aggiungibile a carrello sul loro sito. Contattati riferiscono che arriverà a loro domani, no dopodomani, no venerdi e arriva il venerdì e non si può sapere se è arrivato il pezzo perché il loro magazzino sembra che sia un posto oscuro che non fornisce informazioni. Cercate altre recensioni e troverete molte similitudini. Unica nota positiva che dopo una sett di perdita di tempo hanno rimborsato subito.
P. S. Ha ragione la mail non la riconosce perché acquisto fatto da me ma con dati di altro soggetto per pagare con bonifico parlante. Ma il succo non cambia.

Bad experience similar to other users. Online purchase, product magically no longer available because purchased by others but still addable to the cart on their site. Contacted they report that it will arrive to them tomorrow, no the day after tomorrow, no Friday and it arrives on Friday and it is not possible to know if the piece has arrived because their warehouse seems to be a dark place that does not provide information. Look for other reviews and you will find many similarities. The only positive note that after a week of waste of time they repaid immediately.
P. S. You are right, the email does not recognize it because it was purchased by me but with data from another person to pay by speaking transfer. But the juice doesn't change.
