Mi hanno fatto andare avanti e indietro, almeno 5 volte, per delle stupidaggini. Avrebbero potuto farmi firmare dei documenti nello stesso giorno, e invece alla segretaria Rosa veniva in mente il lavoro da fare giorno dopo giorno. Persone poco serie, che per un'informazione sullo scooter che hai bloccato lasciando un cospicuo acconto, ti dicono "ti chiamiamo e ti facciamo sapere" e poi se non sei tu a chiamare loro spariscono. Se volete comprare un qualsiasi cosa in questo "concessionario" ve lo sconsiglio. Da quando il titolare Nello non gestisce più il negozio (così ha detto la moglie) c'è stato un declino imbarazzante, tutto nelle mani della moglie e della ragazza Rosa, davvero poco professionali. Durante e dopo l'acquisto dello scooter ha fatto da padrone l'incompetenza. Quello che consiglio invece è il negozio action moto che vende accessori, casci ecc ragazzi molto seri e professionali, tutta un altra pasta insomma, che si trova a poche decine di metri dal concessionario. What I recommend instead is the action bike shop that sells accessories, helmets etc very serious and professional guys, a whole other short pasta, located a few dozen meters from the dealer. C	Corrado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il monopattino superjet 2000W 60V, nella descrizione : 60km/h con autonomia di 45km, lo provato su strada dritta di città e non ho fatto piu di 25km di autonomia e con 42km/h di velocità massima, il monopattino fa un rumore non piacevole, immagino gli altri monopattini elettrici meno potenti... Lo staff non è stato per niente disponibile, molto deluso. Ringrazio in particolar modo Rosa che è stata a dir poco eccezionale, sia per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità che nel gestire alcune problematiche. La bici, oltre ad essere esteticamente gradevole, è un ottimo prodotto. M	Massimo Busco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato lo scooter quattro anni fa mi sono trovato bene prezzo concorrenziale ma da quando sono andato per fare i tagliandi e stato sempre peggio. Mi ripromettevo di non portarlo più ma poi essendo in garanzia ci ritornavo. L'ultima volta hanno raggiunto il massimo si prendono lo scooter senza rilasciarmi nessun foglio, non trovano la prenotazione gli chiedo di controllare anche se la batteria carica bene. Ritorno a ritirare mi dicono che non possono stampare nulla perché la stampante non funziona io gli dico che mi serve per la garanzia così esce la stampa chiedo se è tutto ok mi dicono di si e che il sistema di ricarica è stato controllato il tutto accompagnato sia la prima che la seconda volta da almeno un ora e mezza di attesa . Riesco ad avere lo scooter dopo 2 ore resto piedi il sistema di ricarica della batteria non funzionava perché riscontrato da un altro meccanico dei fili erano bruciati . Back to collect they tell me that they cannot print anything because the printer does not work I tell him I need it for the guarantee so the printing comes out I ask if everything is ok they tell me yes and that the refill system has been checked all accompanied the first than the second time since at least an hour and a half waiting. I can get the scooter after 2 hours of standing the battery recharging system was not working because found by another mechanic the wires were burnt.

Una gamna esagerata di quad, pitbike, monopattini e bici elettriche ma anche tutta la famma Kymco. Sicuramente sono leader nel settore !!! A historic company that has decided to get back into the game by opening a new store of almost 800 meters. V	Vincenzo Casolla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una ebike Longwise, pieghevole due anni fa, e siccome non sono all’altezza di garantire assistenza su prodotti non importati direttamente da loro, sono costretto a buttarla perché non e riparabile. Necessiterebbe la sostituzione della centralina, che comporterebbe una spesa di circa €40,00 ma siccome è un modello del 2013, che però mi è stata venduta nel 2019, a prezzo pieno e non come modello vecchio, anzi presentato come top di gamma nel suo genere, non si trova più sul mercato, la centralina necessaria, ne tanto meno qualcosa di adattabile. Sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi acquisto da Cerbone motor racing, dove paventano professionalità e prodotti top, ma si rivelano tutt’altro I purchased a Longwise ebike, foldable two years ago, and since I am not up to guaranteeing assistance on products not imported directly from them, I am forced to throw it away because it is not repairable. It would require the replacement of the control unit, which would involve a cost of about € 40.00 but since it is a model of 2013, which however was sold to me in 2019, at full price and not as an old model, indeed presented as a top of the range in its generally, the necessary control unit is no longer on the market, much less something adaptable. I strongly advise against any purchase from Cerbone motor racing, where professionalism and top products are feared, but they turn out to be quite different
