Innanzitutto ho effettuato l'ordine di un casco grigio (disponibile sul sito) e poco dopo l'acquisto mi viene inviata una mail in cui mi si dice che è disponibile solo nero. Arrivato il casco, l'interfono non funziona. Mando indietro il casco (A MIE SPESE) e me ne inoltrano un altro anch'esso con il problema precedente, quindi lo rimando indietro nuovamente A MIE SPESE. Mi rimborsano la somma al netto delle spese per il reso effettuato ben due volte e al netto della spesa effettuata da loro per la spedizione. Ho riacquistato lo stesso prodotto su Amazon e funziona perfettamente. I bought a helmet with a bluetooth intercom system. Siamo stati lì qualche giorno fa per acquistare tre caschi, il navigatore diceva che al momento dell'arrivo il negozio poteva essere chiuso, dato che volevo evitare un viaggio a vuoto e che andavamo per l'acquisto dei primi caschi, quindi non sapendo le taglie molto probabilmente li avrei fatti perdere del tempo. Ho chiamato ed ho chiesto se mi avessero aspettato oppure no. A dire la verità sono stati molto cordiali e mi hanno aspettato fino alle 19:25, dopodiché abbiamo proceduto alle misure ed alle varie tipologie di caschi. Dopo una lunga chiacchierata con il Sig. Nicola sulle varie tipologie e su come dovevano calzare abbiamo acquistato 3 caschi, e qualche accessorio. Oltre ad essere un negozio ben fornito il personale è disponibilissimo e cordiale, ma soprattutto oltre allo sconto già previsto sul sito abbiamo avuto un ulteriore sconto significativo ed anche qualche omaggio, siamo usciti dal negozio alle 20:45. Grazie veramente a tutti, siamo rimasti contentissimi e credo che ci rivedremo spesso. Excellent in everything.
