Personale incompetente e maleducato.
Commesso anziano e calvo completamente arrogante, offensivo e prepotente. Persona più volgare e ignorante mai vista. Non conosce neanche lontalemente la parola "educazione". E menomale che dovrebbero essere gli anziani ad insegnare come ci si comporta.
Sono felice di vedere che non sono l'unica a pensarlo.
I strongly advise against it.
Incompetent and rude staff.
Senior and bald salesman completely arrogant, offensive and overbearing. Most vulgar and ignorant person ever seen. He does not even know the word "education". And luckily it should be the elderly to teach how to behave.
I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one to think about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un furto. Vivo in centro a Firenze e posso capire che i prezzi siano più alti. Ma qui si rasenta la follia. Una spina e una presa(nemmeno di marca: né Ticino, Vimar o altro brand di qualità) 7 euro. Ci sono tantissimi storici commercianti in zona ma nessuno tiene questa politica del frega il primo che passa. Peccato, non ci entrerò mai più.
A robbery. I live in the center of Florence and I can understand that the prices are higher. But here it is close to madness. A plug and an outlet (not even brand: nor Ticino, Vimar or other quality brand) 7 euros. There are a large number of historic traders in the area but no one holds this policy of the first scrub that passes. Too bad, I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando per caso in via dei servi ho notato questo negozio incuriosito dalla vetrina...all’ interno ho trovato una vasta scelta di illuminotecnica ed elettrodomestici delle migliori marche...insomma hanno veramente tutto quello che serve per arredare casa..alla fine con mia moglie abbiamo deciso di regalarci uno splendido lampadario.
Un grazie al commesso Alberto che ci ha seguito ed aiutato a scegliere la soluzione migliore.
Passing by chance in via dei servi I noticed this shop intrigued by the showcase ... inside I found a wide choice of lighting technology and appliances of the best brands ... in short, they really have everything you need to furnish your home..in the end with my wife decided to give us a splendid chandelier.
Thanks to the salesman Alberto who followed us and helped us choose the best solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio assolutamente questo negozio, ho speso 28 euro per: un adattatore shouko (6 euro), 20cm di filo elettrico (2 euro), presa elettrica da muro (20 euro). Dovevo rifiutare l'acquisto, ma avevo assolutamente bisogno di riparare il guasto in casa! Il proprietario avrà anche guadagnato 28 euro, ma ha sicuramente perso un cliente!
I absolutely do not recommend this shop, I spent 28 euros for: a shouko adapter (6 euros), 20cm of electric wire (2 euros), wall socket (20 euros). I had to refuse the purchase, but I absolutely needed to fix the fault in the house! The owner may have earned 28 euros, but he has certainly lost a customer!
