La signora cercava di mandarmi via prima possibile , usando toni alti e direi anche aggressivi ed offensivi giustificandosi e cercando di farmi capire che sono io che non capisco le cose come si fanno e come devono essere , facendo sentirmi stupida, mentre il risultato parlava da solo. Mi sono sentita trattata proprio male. Ho pagato 130euro , dopodiché ho dovuto cercare qualcun altro per correggere tutto e pagare di nuovo. All’uscita ho comunque ringraziato e salutato ma ho sentito solo un ciao detto come un vaff**. Non volevo essere trattata come chissà che signora e non mi interessano queste cose , ma almeno il rispetto e professionalità ci starebbe penso , e invece no. Se si deve tacere per le cose che non piacciono perché da quel secondo verrai trattato come spazzatura allora boh . delusione totale ⛔️
I've never felt treated so badly as a customer, just for quietly saying that I didn't like certain things. The lady tried to send me away as soon as possible, using high tones and I would also say aggressive and offensive, justifying herself and trying to make me understand that it is I who do not understand things how they are done and how they should be, making me feel stupid, while the result spoke for itself . I felt very badly treated. I paid 130euro, after which I had to find someone else to correct everything and pay again. On leaving, however, I thanked and said goodbye but I only heard a hello said like a vaff **. I didn't want to be treated like who knows what a lady and I don't care about these things, but at least I think respect and professionalism would be there, but no. If you have to keep quiet about the things you don't like because from that second you will be treated like garbage then boh. total disappointment ⛔️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato vari parrucchieri perché non riuscivano mai ad azzeccarmi il colore anche dopo mesi che frequentavo il salone, ma da quando ho provato Elena e Sara il mio colore è sempre stato PERFETTO già dalla prima seduta!
Da loro ho provato pure la lisciatura alla cheratina e posso dire di non essere mai stata più soddisfatta di così!
Disponibili, gentili, professionali e molto molto educate! Ovviamente non posso non consigliarle!?
I changed various hairdressers because they never managed to get the color right even after months of attending the salon, but since I tried Elena and Sara my color has always been PERFECT right from the first session!
I also tried keratin smoothing from them and I can say that I have never been more satisfied than this!
Available, kind, professional and very very polite! Obviously I can not recommend them! ?
