Avendo purtroppo fretta sotto le feste ho portato da loro il mio computer chiedendo solo di individuare il problema. Risultato? hanno aperto il mio computer rotto l'hardisk sostenendo che fosse già rotto (FALSO il problema individuato e risolto successivamente da un tecnico serio era un altro ) senza contare che mi hanno fatto perdere la garanzia oltre a tentare di raggirarmi con i loro discorsi.
Purtroppo parlandone in giro non sono l'unico ad aver avuto brutte esperienze.
Evitateli!!

Unfortunately, in a hurry during the holidays, I brought my computer to them, asking only to identify the problem. Result? they opened my broken computer on the hard disk claiming that it was already broken (FALSE the problem identified and solved subsequently by a serious technician was another) not to mention that they made me lose the warranty in addition to trying to deceive me with their speeches.
Unfortunately, talking about it, I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences.
Avoid them !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa, sia al bancone, che per prodotti in riparazione, davvero troppo alti. Ma forse sarà perché dovevo riparare un vecchio cellulare, che prevedeva un guadagno troppo basso per loro.
La mia recensione è per una riparazione che ho fatto molto tempo fa, da allora non ci sono più andato per mancanza di serietà.
Ho aspettato più di 2 mesi per la riparazione di un vecchio nokia 6630, che non caricava più bene e che con la sostituzione del connettore avrebbero risolto.
Dopo due mesi di attesa e qualche mia chiamata sono andato al negozio per reclamare. Visto la mia insistenza mi hanno riparato (forse) il cellulare è consegnato.
Tra l'altro il costo della riparazione è stato di €20 per un semplice connettere ricarica, che se avessi acquistato da privato era di soli €4 compreso di spedizione.
P. S. Dopo un mesetto il cellulare non caricava più e l'ho messo da parte.

My review is for a repair that I did a long time ago, since then I haven't been there for lack of seriousness.
I waited more than 2 months for the repair of an old Nokia 6630, which did not load any more and which would have solved with the replacement of the connector.
After two months of waiting and some of my calls, I went to the store to complain. Given my insistence they repaired me (maybe) the cell phone is delivered.
Among other things, the cost of the repair was € 20 for a simple connection to recharge, which if I had bought from private was only € 4 including shipping.
P. S. After a month, the cell phone did not charge anymore and I put it aside.
