M	Matteo Papini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sostituzione vetro anteriore s8+ inizialmente il lavoro sembra riuscito, dopo 2 settimane il vetro si crepa da solo senza aver preso nessun urto. Li contatto per chiedere assistenza, nessuna risposta. Un centinaio di euro buttati. Mi fa piacere per i suoi 10 anni di esperienza, ma evidentemente o non è stato installato perfettamente o il fantasma formaggino l'ha rotto per farmi un dispetto, veda lei. Il telefono era serenamente poggiato sulla scrivania, un attimo prima a posto l'attimo dopo completamente crepato. E leggendo recensioni di altri clienti non sembra per niente incredibile che il vetro potesse non essere stato installato "perfettamente" visto che anche altri hanno avuto problemi. Grazie ancora per avermi scucito un bel centone per niente, un saluto. Front glass replacement s8 + initially the work seems successful, after 2 weeks the glass cracks by itself without taking any impact. I contact them for assistance, no response. A hundred euros wasted. I'm glad for your 10 years of experience, but obviously either it wasn't installed perfectly or the cheese ghost broke it to spite me, see you. The phone was resting peacefully on the desk, a moment before it was in place the next moment completely cracked. And from reading other customer reviews it doesn't seem at all incredible that the glass might not have been installed "perfectly" as others have had problems as well. Thanks again for letting me unstitch a nice hundred for nothing, a greeting.

Il personale è molto cordiale disponibile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Riparazione economica rispetto ad altri negozi. I brought my Galaxy S8 + to have the glass replaced in a couple of hours it was like new. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to customer needs. Cheap repair compared to other stores.

Non rispondono al telefono, si sono tenuti uno scatolo originale di un Samsung che non gli appartiene, con carica batteria. Non hanno riparato la fotocamera ne niente. Assolutamente da sconsigliare. We sent a Samsung twice, the second time they kept the original box we put the phone in. They do not answer the phone, they have kept an original Samsung box that does not belong to them, with battery charger. They didn't fix the camera or anything. Absolutely not recommended.

Ho mandato un iPhone XS per far ricondizionare il display e mi sono ritrovato un display in condizioni inaccettabili per il prezzo pagato. Come se non bastasse mi sono accorto poi che la fotocamera posteriore era stata sostituita senza mia autorizzazione. Non aveva nessun problema e quindi probabilmente me ne hanno messa una non originale per prendersi la mia. Servizio clienti a dir poco ridicolo, risposte dopo giorni (se andava bene, altrimenti neanche una risposta). Menomale che ho insistito per pagare tramite PayPal Beni e Servizi e quindi sono riuscito ad ottenere un rimborso totale. In poche parole, azienda poco professionale e poco seria. Non consiglio a nessuno. Bad experience. I sent an iPhone XS to have the display reconditioned and found a display in an unacceptable condition for the price paid. As if that weren't enough, I later realized that the rear camera had been replaced without my authorization. He didn't have any problems and so they probably put a non-original one on me to get mine. Customer service ridiculous to say the least, responses after days (if it was okay, otherwise not even a response). Luckily I insisted on paying for Goods and Services via PayPal and then I was able to get a full refund. In short, an unprofessional and not very serious company. I do not recommend to anyone.

THIS SAMSUNG OPERATION WOULD COST € 240 AND REPLACING THE BATTERY!
