★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca voglia di curare il cliente,poca disponibilità verso le problematiche avanzate dal cliente,unico proposito vendere e comunicativa a senso unico così da risultare insostenibile l'interscambio comunicativo.Dovrebbero fare un corso su come si accoglie il cliente dalla A alla Z.Esperienza negativa a tutto tondo.
Il problema mi è stato poi risolto in uno store di Catanzaro:lì sì che sanno cosa voglia dire professionalità e competenza e,sottolineo,personale giovane che ha voglia di fare:ha messo da parte quel che stava facendo,mi ha ascoltato e dedicato attenzione.Per quei pochi minuti che ho avuto la sfortunata idea di entrare,per tutto il tempo l'attenzione era sul cell o pc,poco o niente al cliente.
Imparate prima di stare a contatto con il pubblico e farsi un bagno di umiltà e buona educazione comportamentale
