★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che trovo un centro assistenza che vuole essere pagato solo se il problema é risolvibile e/o conveniente farlo.
Sono stato 3 volte per 3 dispositivi Apple
- watch: fatto vari test ma poi non era possibile/economico sistemarlo
- iPad Air 2: partendo da un problema che si pensava di batteria, alla fine era lo schermo, per cui economicamente ha consigliato di prenderlo nuovo
- Mac book pro 2010: sostituzione batteria e hard disk con SSD, tornato come nuovo ??
Spero di non avere altri problemi hardware ? ma nel caso so dove andare ?

I hope I have no other hardware problems ? but in case I know where to go ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio mate 10 pro perché rotto, il mercoledì mattina. Mi disse il ragazzo che ci vogliono 3-4 giorni per aggiustarlo. Ok. Chiamo venerdì mattina (perché ero senza telefono) chiedo se fattibile o meno, mi disse che non hanno avuto tempo. Il lunedi verso sera passo a prendere il telefono con le scatole piene (visto che una telefonata li avrebbe costato troppo, sempre rotto ovviamente ) e il ragazzo mi dice che non ha avuto tempo, hanno seguito i clienti che erano piu urgenti. Ma scusatemi, non dobbiamo seguire la fila? O i miei soldi non hanno stesso valore? Mai piu.... Grazie
I brought my mate 10 pro because it was broken on Wednesday morning. The guy told me it takes 3-4 days to fix it. Ok. I call on Friday morning (because I was without a phone) and ask if it is feasible or not, he told me they didn't have time. On Monday, towards evening, I pick up the phone with the boxes full (since a phone call would have cost them too much, always broken of course) and the boy tells me he didn't have time, they followed the customers who were more urgent. But excuse me, don't we have to follow the line? Or isn't my money worth the same? Never again .... Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio e oltretutto riparazione effettuata in anticipo per entrambi i iPhone che ho portato; addirittura riparazione in anticipo rispetto ai 60 minuti pattuiti come tempo. Molto onesto e chiaro prima di effettuare la riparazione (non so come alcune recensioni qui dicono il contrario sulla trasparenza, basta ascoltare il personale ed è tutto subito chiaro) sia sul tempo della riparazione, costo o rischi. Complimenti davvero e di SICURO ci torno ogni volta che ne avrò bisogno.
PS per la gioia di mio figlio il suo iPhone 5 e diventato unico con il cambio dello schermo ?
Great shop and also early repair for both iPhones I brought; even repair in advance of the 60 minutes agreed as time. Very honest and clear before making the repair (I don't know how some reviews here say otherwise on transparency, just listen to the staff and it's all clear) both on the time of repair, cost or risk. Congratulations indeed and SURE I go back every time I need it.
PS to my son's delight his iPhone 5 became unique with the screen change ?
