f	fux fux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE...richiesta assistenza per climatizzatore panasonic acquistato da 1 mese... i furbetti escono e se lo portano via non avvertendo il cliente delle clausule del contratto fra l'altro mai firmato ne letto....mandano una email dopo una settimana con una fattura di 600 euro per pagare le le prove che hanno eseguito sul climatizzatore in garanzia constatando che il difetto non era dallo split...se mi avessero avvertito di tutto cio nemmeno li chiamavo...tuttora si rifiutano di rendere il climatizzatori..complimenti.. Ho chiamato perché il mio condizionatore non funzionava più, già l'anno scorso erano intervenuti per cambiare una sonda (del costo di 15€) e ne avevo pagati circa 200 per la chiamata e la manodopera... Anche questa volta l'errore apparteneva ad una sonda (come da libretto d'istruzioni) loro invece mi hanno mandato un preventivo di circa 2000 euro sostenendo che il compressore era rotto. Ho voluto un altro parere e fortunatamente cambiando le sonde il condizionatore ora funziona. Pessimo. Al limite della legalità! If I could put zero stars. Elecond SAS è ufficiale centro di riparazione, vengono, se li portano via. € 600 da pagare per ricerca guasti, e si tengono i climatizzatori. STATE ATTENTI. Ho perso tutto, dato che con 400€ li compro nuovi, probilmente loro li rivenderanno? EVITATELI EYE: purchase of Panasonic air conditioners, 2 months old. V	Vittorio Vallesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, hanno avuto il coraggio di fatturarci 700 € di ricambi non ordinati, per un intervento tra l'altro inutile e probabilmente non effettuato. Alla fine ci siamo rivolti ad un'altra azienda, che ha portato a termine i lavori. Oltre a ciò, abbiamo richiesto delle riparazioni di guasti su alcuni negozi e dopo essersi fatti pagare più interventi e pezzi di ricambio (arrivando pure in ritardo o non presentandosi proprio, senza tra l'altro avvertire), al momento le problematiche non sono state ancora risolte. Addirittura, a riguardo di una di esse, dopo più interventi fatturatici, ci sono venuti a dire :"Che loro non possono farci nulla a riguardo e bisogna sentire un'altra azienda". Beautiful professionals ... of the c * o!
