È venuto un tecnico per una riparazione di in clima, si è fermato 6 ore e ha sostituito tutte e due le schede ! Per fortuna che me le sono fatte lasciare. Alla fine le ho fatte controllare dal mio tecnico e la più costosa funzionava !!! Quindi hanno sbagliato la diagnosi e non hanno voluto ammettere gli errori. Statene lontani !!! Nessuna professionalità, maleducazione e scorrettezza. Absence of professionalism and no interest for the customer! A technician came in for a repair of the weather, stopped for 6 hours and replaced both cards! Luckily they made me leave them. In the end I had them checked by my technician and the most expensive one worked !!! So they made the mistake and didn't want to admit the mistakes. Stay away !!! La persona inviata ad eseguire l'operazione si è comportata in modo inaccettabile e non ha completato il lavoro. Spero per loro sia stato solo un caso isolato, dovuto a un soggetto non lucido. Annual ordinary maintenance of a boiler for domestic use: it seemed a common thing, but it was not so. The person sent to perform the operation behaved in an unacceptable manner and did not complete the work. I hope for them it was just an isolated case, due to a non-lucid subject.

Al sabato mattina avevo un tecnico della Orteschi service, il quale ha effettuato una riparazione il giorno stesso in circa un ora. Personalmente sono soddisfatto del loro intervento in quanto a distanza di più di un mese il problema non si è più visto. Molto positivo il loro intervento immediato.
