L	Laura Acampora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima Acquistata auto a novembre 2018 a febbraio 2019 gia aveva la pompa dell'acqua rotta macchina in garanzia decidiamo di farla aggiustare con il consenso del concessionario dal meccanico poi vicino perché lauto nn è marciante conclusione sembra che il danno lo dobbiamo pagare metà ciascuno saremo dovuti essere risarciti con un bonifico ma dopo 6 mesi nessuno risarcimento e nemmeno risondevano più al telefono finche siamo andati di persona e dopo che hanno cercato varie scuse siamo riusciti ad ottenere almeno la metà . Ho atteso un po’ in più ed ho richiamato. Mi ripresento con nome e cognome e mi viene detto con arroganza e con tono alquanto infastidito che “sono passati solo 5 minuti”. Non metto in dubbio la professionalità del resto dello staff perché non li conosco , ma sicuramente la sgarbatezza ed arroganza della segretaria, nonché la sua poca professionalità dato che è tenuta a rispondere alle chiamate ed ad essere almeno cortese con chi vorrebbe avere il piacere di acquistare un auto presso il salone dei suoi titolari, ha fatto in modo che io non richiamassi più e non potessi avere contatto con i preposti alle vendite, magari concludendo anche l’affare; Acquisto che ho concluso il giorno dopo contattando un’altra concessionaria per la stessa cifra.
