Sin dal primo contatto si è dimostrato disponibile e affidabile consigliandomi per il meglio per la mia esigenza; vettura arrivata in tempi velocissimi; burocrazia gestita in modo impeccabile; immatricolazione in Italia con libretto nuovo e quietanza pagamento F24 iva fatta trovare al momento del ritiro della vettura; non posso che definire Emanuele più che un venditore di macchine, un amico fidato che mi ha aiutato a trovare la macchina che desideravo...sulla vettura nemmeno mi pronuncio perché è perfetta e bellissima. Consigliatissimo e presto prenderò anche un'altra vettura sempre con il suo supporto. Grazie ancora. From the first contact he proved to be available and reliable advising me for the best for my needs; car arrived very quickly; impeccably managed bureaucracy; registration in Italy with new booklet and receipt of F24 VAT payment, which was found at the time of collection of the car; I can only define Emanuele more than a car salesman, a trusted friend who helped me find the car I wanted ... Ho messo solo 2 stelle e sono pronto a modificare in positivo la recensione però prima devo capire ancora una cosa e chiedo consiglio a chi leggerà: non so se è NORMALE che venga consegnata l'auto con tracce di pioggia di sabbia caduta giorni prima e assolutamente priva di santificazione poiché ho trovato tanta polvere nei particolari degli interni; non so se è NORMALE che dopo 150 km (2 giorni) si accenda la spia pastiglie freni e che, una volta fatto presente al concessionario, mi venga risposto che si tratta di usura perciò a carico mio; non so neanche se sia NORMALE che mi venisse consegnata l'auto il 23 luglio e la revisione scadesse il 31 perciò anch'essa a carico mio; anche il bollo subito a carico mio MA quello è già più normale in quanto appena reimmatricolata trattandosi di un auto d'importazione. Aspetto commenti per capire e quindi rivedere questa recensione ma ci tengo a ribadire che la macchina va davvero bene perciò niente da dire a questo proposito riconoscendo il merito ad Emanuele!!! AFTER 4 MONTHS ........... In July Emanuele sold me a very nice car !!! Mini JCW, great !!! I only put 2 stars and I am ready to change the review positively but first I have to understand one more thing and ask for advice from those who will read: I do not know if it is NORMAL that the car is delivered with traces of rain of sand fallen days before and absolutely devoid of sanctification since I found so much dust in the details of the interiors; I do not know if it is NORMAL that after 150 km (2 days) the brake pads warning light comes on and that, once I have told the dealer, I am told that it is wear and therefore it is my responsibility; I don't even know if it is NORMAL that the car was delivered to me on July 23rd and the inspection expired on the 31st, therefore it is also at my expense; even the stamp duty paid by me BUT that is already more normal as it has just been re-registered since it is an imported car. I wait for comments to understand and then review this review but I want to reiterate that the car is really good so nothing to say about it, giving credit to Emanuele !!!
