In panne con la macchina e con un bambino piccolo a seguito, ci hanno fatto attendere ben 18 ore per fare una diagnosi. Per poi presentarci un preventivo che era il doppio di quello che ho speso realmente.
Macchina riconsegnata con finestrini aperti e batteria staccata alla bisarca che l'ha recuperata. Risultato? Macchina inzuppata d'acqua. Unica nota positiva, la cortesia del personale.

After a breakdown in the car and with a small child, they made us wait 18 hours to make a diagnosis. To then present us with a quote that was double what I actually spent.
Car returned with open windows and battery disconnected to the transporter that recovered it. Result? Machine soaked in water. The only positive note, the courtesy of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca puntualità, scarsa attenzione, poca professionalità, nessuna trasparenza sui prezzi ingiustificatamente alti e fuori mercato. Se avete necessità di una officina Volkswagen valida cercate altrove, specialmente per interventi di routine. Vivamente sconsigliato.
Little punctuality, little attention, little professionalism, no transparency on unjustifiably high and off-market prices. If you need a valid Volkswagen workshop, look elsewhere, especially for routine interventions. Strongly not recommended.

I have been waiting for 10 days for a bumper whose delivery I was assured in 24 hours. They didn't even bother to warn. Poor professionalism and no respect for customers.

During a flat tire change, the rear license plate holder was replaced without authorization. Little transparency.

Mi hanno tenuta costantemente informata sugli sviluppi dei lavori da fare. Mi hanno riconsegnato l'auto anche pulita che sembrava nuova. Bravissimi super consigliati.
The Audi Fraboni and Menghini center is truly excellent I have been to them twice in the last few months and the work and assistance have been perfect. They kept me constantly informed of the progress of the work to be done. The car was also returned to me clean and it looked like new. Very good super recommended.
