Siamo stati in agenzia per un preventivo e fin dalla prima volta abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia, professionalità e simpatia di LUCIA, GIUSY che ci hanno assistito in tutto e per tutto nella pianificazione del nostro viaggio. Noi siamo di Latina ma nonostante i dubbi del nostro viaggio e domande le ragazze di ELATRAVEL sono state strepitose: sempre pronte a rispondere alle nostre domande, dubbi e precisazioni. Sempre reperibili telefonicamente e via e-mail; risposte precise e puntuali, e quando non erano certe di qualcosa verificavano sempre per poterci dare una risposta attendibile. Abbiamo scoperto anche i viaggi di gruppo che organizza LUCIA & GIUSEPPE abbiamo fatto un capodanno veramente bellissimo in Puglia, a partire dal PULLMAN sempre pulito l’autista più che 10 stelle ⭐️ lui è il suo pullman sembravano un corpo è un anima neanche una curva abbiamo sentito . Hotel 5 stelle cenone di capodanno anche qui 5 stelle. Tutte le escursioni con guida.GRAZIE DI CUORE A LUCIA & GIUSEPPE veramente Un vero esempio di passione e cura del cliente al 100%. We were in the agency for a quote and from the first time we appreciated the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of LUCIA, GIUSY who assisted us in all respects in planning our trip. We are from Latina but despite the doubts of our trip and questions the ELATRAVEL girls were amazing: always ready to answer our questions, doubts and clarifications. Always available by phone and e-mail; precise and punctual answers, and when they were not sure of something they always checked to be able to give us a reliable answer. We also discovered the group trips that LUCIA & GIUSEPPE organizes. We had a truly beautiful New Year's Eve in Puglia, starting from the PULLMAN always clean the driver more than 10 stars ⭐️ he and his coach seemed to be a body is a soul not even a curve we have heard . 5-star hotel New Year's Eve dinner here too 5-star. m	maurizio arena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci si rivolge ad una agenzia per non avere problemi e si pensa che ne sappiano più di noi ma con questa non è stato così, per due biglietti aerei Wizzair informazioni sbagliate per i babagli da portare ma per fortuna me ne sono accorto,per il check-in di ritorno mi hanno detto che lo potevo fare in aereoporto (invece che on line) senza pagare ma non era così, 70 euro pagati!!!!!! Attenzione a questa agenzia,non è aggiornata e sono incompetenti!!!! Una stella la metto solo perche' hanno ammesso l'errore ma tanto ci ho rimesso io 70 euro.
