★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace credevo che l erboristeria avesse tutti prodotti naturali e originali ma non è così ho trovato l acerola più chimica e non naturale di quella di farmacia e un altro prodotto di erbe non originale mi dispiace molto ma se potevo fare le foto vi avrei fatto vedere di cosa sto parlando

Purtroppo devo dare un voto basso in quanto ho comprato un bel set di 4 tazze da regalare, ma una era sbeccata e non c'è stato verso di avere un cambio (dicendo che loro le controllano prima, non ammettendo l'eventualità di essersi sbagliati). Mi spiace perché a questo punto preferisco non avere più a che fare con loro, non è un comportamento serio secondo me.

Unfortunately I have to give a low grade as I bought a nice set of 4 cups to give as a gift, but one was chipped and there was no way of having a change (saying that they check them first, not admitting the possibility of being wrong ). I'm sorry because at this point I prefer not to have anything to do with them anymore, it's not serious behavior in my opinion.
