Buona anche la gastronomia, con il pane della pieve e la mozzarella di bufala sempre fresca! Sono venuto per l'ennesima volta alla Ekom e ho chiesto a Marco, macellaio sopraffino, un bisteccone staccato dalla costola, (lo preferisco alla Fiorentina perché più saporita ) e dopo 1454 grammi e 8 cm di spessore di ciccia stupendamente marezzata, sono tornato a casa. Ciccia rigorosamente fuori dal frigo visto che erano le 17:30 e visto lo spessore e la cottura breve : "appena smette di muggire la tolgo dalla griglia" Ebbene oggi 20 maggio 2021 ho mangiato una ciccia superba, tenera in modo imbarazzante, frollata ad arte, saporita e succosa. Accompagnata con olio evo e sale maldon ha avuto matrimonio d'amore con un chianti San giusto a rentennano 2016. Questo gioeliellino di supermercato ha un reparto macelleria che è una gemma preziosa, con prezzi imbattibili. Bravi bravi bravi!!!! Ciccia strictly out of the fridge since it was 17:30 and given its thickness and short cooking: "as soon as it stops bellowing I take it off the grill" Well today, May 20, 2021 I ate a superb meat, embarrassingly tender, artfully aged, tasty and juicy. Accompanied with extra virgin olive oil and Maldon salt, it had a love match with a Chianti San Giusto in Rentennano 2016. This supermarket gem has a butchery department that is a precious gem, with unbeatable prices. Good good good !!!!
