Gli ho lasciato la macchina accordandomi sull’orario ma quando sono andata a riprenderla ho scoperto che avevano fatto passare avanti altre auto e la mia era ancora completamente da fare e ci sarebbe voluta un’altra ora. Quindi l’ho dovuta prendere così com’era, con la pulitura interna fatta a metà. Questo è il risultato quando hanno molto lavoro. Piuttosto che rifiutare di lavare un’auto sacrificano la qualità e questo per me è una grave pecca considerando che uno paga per trovarsi di nuovo l’auto sporca e il tempo perso… in aggiunta rispondono anche male, maleducati oltre che disorganizzati. MAI PIÙ.
Bad experience. I left the car with him, agreeing on the time, but when I went to pick it up, I discovered that they had let other cars go ahead and mine was still to be done and it would take another hour. So I had to take it as it was, with the internal cleaning done halfway. This is the result when they have a lot of work. Rather than refusing to wash a car, they sacrifice quality and this is a serious flaw for me considering that one pays to find one's car dirty again and lost time ... in addition, they also respond badly, rude as well as disorganized. NEVER AGAIN.
