A	Arianna Incardona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora bionda della macelleria non perde mai occasione per essere inopportuna e fuori luogo, con commenti fastidiosi ed una confidenza non richiesta. Da cliente affezionato e molto soddisfatto dal servizio in piazza Guicciardini speravo di trovare lo stessa professionalità. Quando la vedo dietro al banco spesso non mi fermo e preferisco attraversare, recandomi alla Carrefour.... A volte costretta per il poco tempo, mio malgrado, anche vedendola ,compro la carne ugualmente.....ma tutte le volte me ne pento. The blonde lady from the butcher never misses an opportunity to be inappropriate and out of place, with annoying comments and unsolicited confidence. As a loyal customer and very satisfied with the service in Piazza Guicciardini, I hoped to find the same professionalism. When I see her behind the counter I often don't stop and I prefer to cross, going to the Carrefour .... Sometimes forced for a short time, despite myself, even seeing her, I buy the meat anyway ..... but every time I repent.

S	Sonia Longhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata come sempre nel vostro supermercato a un'orario diverso dal mio solito...le 12 e 40 spaccate. Premetto che mi sono sempre trovata bene. Appena entrata trovo la signora della macelleria fuori dal bancone che senza interpellarla mi dice scocciata che il negozio avrebbe chiuso alle 13. Mi reco dal banco salumi e li i due commessi più la signora iniziano scocciati a servire in malomodo i clienti compresa la sottoscritta facendo battute ad alta voce tra di loro sul fatto che la domenica a quell'ora non ci si reca al supermercato...al che stufa delle loro battute intervengo dicendo che lavoro anche io in negozio e che non mi somo mai permessa di usare un comportamento del genere con i clienti. Morale della favola servita nel peggiore dei modi con una maleducazione mai vista prima. Neanche sono riuscita a comprare ciò che mi serviva. Il personale è mediamente gentile e disponibile, direi nella media. Buon approvvigionamento dei prodotti. Average supermarket, not always tidy and the cleanliness of the structure is sometimes not the best, it is possible that the staff are below a few units. The staff is on average kind and helpful, I would say average. Good supply of products.

Detto questo la pulizia e l'organizzazione generale lasciano un pò a desiderare malgrado il buon impegno degli addetti. It is a discount shop but despite this the meat and cheese counters are well stocked and with excellent products. Having said that, the cleanliness and general organization leave a little to be desired despite the good commitment of the employees.
