★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa attenzione verso i propri pazienti, il telefono a cui ci si deve rivolgere per prenotare il giorno 11/09/2017 era sempre occupato!! Sarà mica stata deposta la cornetta sulla scrivania?! Visto che l'orario è dalle 9 alle 10,20 perché alle 10 vi erano già in attesa " informatori terapeutici"? Segnalata il giorno stesso alla " tutela dei diritti del malato" . Proseguirò con segnalazione alla Direzione ASL di Competenza.
Poor attention to their patients, the phone you have to contact to book 11/09/2017 was always busy !! Has the receiver been placed on the desk ?! Since the time is from 9 to 10.20 because at 10 o'clock there were already "therapeutic informants" waiting? Reported the same day to the "protection of the patient's rights". I will continue with reporting to the ASL Department of Competence.
