Comprato un anno e mezzo fa, disimballato a marzo dopo nemmeno un anno di vita utilizzato quasi esclusivamente da me massimo due persone si è infossato e il tessuto deformato, per loro è normale usura lo riparerebbero alla modica cifra di euro 20, poco poco seri
Nice sofa, qualitatively, in my experience, sufficient. Bought a year and a half ago, unpacked in March after not even a year of life used almost exclusively by me, a maximum of two people has sunken and the fabric deformed, for them it is normal wear and tear they would repair it at the modest sum of € 20, not very serious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un divano in pelle con 2 sedute relax ormai 3 anni fa. Il divano è in ottime condizioni, ma una delle due sedute relax non funziona più. Impossibile avere un riferimento per avere assistenza tecnica. Un rimpallo di email e scuse. Ma nessuna assistenza. Servizio post vendita inesistente e con presa in giro.
I bought a leather sofa with 2 relaxation seats now 3 years ago. The sofa is in excellent condition, but one of the two relaxation seats no longer works. Impossible to have a reference for technical assistance. A rebound of emails and apologies. But no assistance. After-sales service non-existent and with mockery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un divano in pelle presso un rivenditore.Bellissimo ,ma dopo neanche due anni ha iniziato a "sfogliarsi" la pelle anche eseguendo i trattamenti previsti.Delusione completa.Ora sarò costretto a mettere un copridivano aspettando il momento di cambiarlo.
I bought a leather sofa from a retailer. Very nice, but after less than two years it started to "peel off" the skin even by performing the treatments provided. Complete disappointment. Now I will be forced to put on a sofa cover waiting for the moment to change it.

Prontamente contattati dal mio rivenditore di fiducia non ne hanno voluto sapere di rispondere! Pessimo divano e soprattutto pessimo produttore! ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!
