Meraviglioso il divano acquistato.. altrettanto di qualità il caffè che ci è stato offerto gentilmente dalla Signora. Torneremo presto per una poltrona. Altra caratteristica da non trascurare è tutto "made in Italy". Ringrazio la professionalità e cortesia di tutto il personale che mi assistito durante la scelta del divano. Contattata l'assistenza si sono rifiutati di ripararlo perché sono scaduti i 2 anni di garanzia. L'attenzione al cliente è veramente inesistente e la qualità del prodotto è veramente scarsa, imbarazzante. I divani di fascia bassa hanno decisamente una qualità superiore I put a star because you can't put less. Giuseppe ed ovviamente anche al loro rivenditore Di Carlo mobili a Monterotondo (RM) dove ho acquistato il prodotto. La mia storia era una contestazione sul divano ed ovviamente io molto arrabbiato e scontento tanto di diffidare in negoziante di risolvere il problema anche se quest'Ultimo aveva già due anni, ma la questione era partita prima dello scadere della garanzia ufficiale. Ma cera qualcosa che non mi quadrava nelle varie comunicazioni, quando una mattina mi squilla il cellulare ed era il sig. Giuseppe, della ditta sofangel, mezzora di telefono veramente devo dire professionale e sia io che lui disposti a tutto per risolvere il problema, e cosi e stato. In seguito, ci sono state altre telefonate e sono stato seguito e consigliato passo per passo. Oggi voglio dire grazie a questa ditta orgogliosamente italiana per la loro professionalità e il rispetto del cliente ma soprattutto di saper ascoltare il cliente, ovviamente se lo stesso ha rispetto della ditta nel chiarire la contestazione. Oggi il negoziante mi ha riportato il divano sono rimasto veramente meravigliato e contento e stupendo. Grazie a tutta la ditta e grazie Giuseppe, il sapere risolvere i problemi hai cliente senza andare alla rottura si chiama PROFESSIONALITA', e voi avete dimostrato che ne avete tantissima. My story was a dispute on the sofa and obviously I was very angry and unhappy so much to be wary of the shopkeeper to solve the problem even if the latter was already two years old, but the question had started before the official guarantee expired. But there was something wrong with me in the various communications, when one morning my cell phone rings and it was Mr. Giuseppe, from the sofangel company, half an hour on the phone really professional and I and he willing to do everything to solve the problem, and so it was. After that, there were more phone calls and I was followed and advised step by step. Today I want to say thanks to this proudly Italian company for their professionalism and respect for the customer but above all for knowing how to listen to the customer, obviously if he has respect for the company in clarifying the dispute. Today the shopkeeper brought the sofa back to me. I was truly amazed and happy and wonderful.
