★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza personale: acquistato divano Picasso a dicembre 2014, pelle rovinata in diversi punti, graffiata. Cuscini con limitata imbottitura tanto da sentire i ferri del cuscino poggiatesta, difetto di progettazione che faceva chiudere o aprire il relax solo sedendosi e molto altro. Risposta dell'azienda: "si sarà seduto con i jeans". Divano reso, tornato e ri-reso IMMEDIATAMENTE al corriere perché rovinato in altre parti. Risultato, oltre 5 mesi senza divano e dovuto pagare per rifare 2 cuscini. Ottobre 2017, uno degli stessi cuscini problematici ora si spella. Risposta dell'azienda: "Cattiva manutenzione"... se il latte detergente per pelli delicate è cattiva manutenzione...
Personal experience: purchased Picasso sofa in December 2014, leather damaged in several places, scratched. Cushions with limited padding so as to feel the irons of the headrest cushion, a design flaw that made relaxation close or open only by sitting and much more. Company response: "he will have sat down with jeans". Sofa returned, returned and re-returned IMMEDIATELY to the courier because it was ruined in other parts. Result, over 5 months without sofa and had to pay to redo 2 pillows. October 2017, one of the same problematic pillows now peels off. Company response: "Bad maintenance" ... if cleansing milk for sensitive skin is poorly maintained ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemi con la struttura... Abbiamo acquistato un divano in pelle di questa ditta da un loro rivenditore della provincia di Roma. Ci siamo pentiti amaramente e per questo non lo consiglio a nessuno perchè nell'arco di 3 mesi la struttura ha iniziato a zoppicare (tutto truciolare sicuramente) e quando abbiamo parlato con chi ce lo ha venduto ci hanno risposto che l'azienda è fallita. Sinceramente stiamo denunciando tutto alla guardia di finanza.
Problems with the structure ... We purchased a leather sofa from this company from their dealer in the province of Rome. We regretted it bitterly and for this I do not recommend it to anyone because within 3 months the structure started to limp (all chipboard for sure) and when we talked to those who sold it to us they replied that the company went bankrupt. We are honestly reporting everything to the finance guard.

I too had a negative experience ... after two years from the purchase the whole headrest area was completely ruined ... I asked for a repair and for how much it cost I bought a new sofa first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un divano Nicoline. Dopo 1 mese la federa del divano si è completamente rovinata e ha cambiato colore. Il rivenditore ha constatato il danno garantendomi che è un difetto di fabbrica e rientra nella garanzia. Effettuate le foto e mandate in azienda mi viene detto che non sono in garanzia perché ho lavato le federe e quindi il danno l'ho causato io, ma non è assolutamente così. Mi hanno proposto delle federe nuove alla modica cifra di 1600€, Proposta assolutamente RIDICOLA (il costo del divano è stato di 2400€).
Azienda Poco seria!! Da evitare !!
I bought a Nicoline sofa. After 1 month the sofa pillowcase was completely damaged and changed color. The dealer found the damage and assured me that it is a factory defect and is covered by the warranty. Take the photos and send them to the company, I am told that they are not under warranty because I washed the pillowcases and therefore I caused the damage, but it is absolutely not the case. They offered me new pillowcases for the modest sum of € 1600, an absolutely RIDICULOUS proposal (the cost of the sofa was € 2400).
Company Not serious !! To avoid !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche noi abbiamo acquistato un divano in pelle con due sedute lineari e un angolo(tipo un a fetta di torta) con poggia testa rimovibili, purtroppo ci siamo pentiti della tipologia in quanto il divano dovrebbe avere una capienza di quattro persone comode ed è scomodissimo.... Abbiamo provato a chiedere all'azienda tramite il fornitore se potevamo cambiare almeno quella seduta molto molto scomoda, ma non hanno voluto saperne... Siamo rimasti molto delusi, disponibilità zero anche perché il divano ha un suo costo, pertanto ci si aspetta un'assistenza in tutto e per tutto....Rapporto qualità prezzo discutibili!!!!
We also bought a leather sofa with two linear seats and a corner (like a slice of cake) with removable headrests, unfortunately we regretted the type as the sofa should have a capacity of four comfortable people and is very uncomfortable. ... We tried to ask the company through the supplier if we could change at least that very very uncomfortable seat, but they didn't want to know ... We were very disappointed, zero availability also because the sofa has its own cost, so yes expect assistance in all respects .... Questionable value for money !!!!
