Sicuramente il negozio è ben fornito e sulla maggior parte dei prodotti c'è il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo però non posso dare 5 stelle per via dell'assistenza. È giusto dire che loro sono solo dei rivenditori, però è giusto anche essere professionali e non tuttologi. Cosa intendo? Intendo che è giusto non avere le basi dell'idraulico, però è giusto sapere a cosa serve un determinato articolo e le sue funzioni. Inesistente il post vendita, vieni rimbalzato alla ditta produttrice di quell'articolo e loro se ne lavano le mani. In conclusione devi andarci preparato.
Clearly it is my humble opinion, an opinion of any customer. Surely the shop is well stocked and on most of the products there is the right value for money but I cannot give 5 stars because of the assistance. It is fair to say that they are only retailers, but it is also right to be professional and not all-rounders. What do i mean? I mean that it is right not to have the basics of the plumber, but it is right to know what a certain article is for and its functions. After-sales service does not exist, you are bounced back to the manufacturer of that article and they wash their hands of it. In conclusion, you have to go prepared.
