A place that always seems closed, staff not suitable for this job, I went in for a quote and they replied this model costs tot, this other model costs tot, amazed I went away ......... better, but much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto un preventivo, ricevuto dopo sollecitazione da parte mia, confermato anche perché avevo specificato di avere urgenza, avrei dovuto ricevere dopo qualche giorno la loro chiamata per il sopralluogo, passato un mese abbondante e mai più stata contattata in nessun modo, neanche risposto alla mia mail. Avrei dovuto fare tutti i serramenti poi questo autunno, ma, visto l'atteggiamento ed il menefreghismo ricevuto, mi sono rivolta ad altri che mi hanno fatto partire l'ordine nell'arco di qualche giorno.
Asked for a quote, received after solicitation from me, also confirmed because I had specified that I was urgent, I should have received after a few days their call for the inspection, after a good month and never again been contacted in any way, not even answered my email. I should have done all the windows this autumn, but, given the attitude and indifference received, I turned to others who sent me the order within a few days.
