★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cortesia non è di casa! La receptionist era al telefono, ho chiesto educatamente di aspettare fuori che terminasse la telefonata poiché volevo chiedere delle informazioni. Ma mi ha invitato comunque ad esporre la mia esigenza GESTICOLANDO di sbrigarmi perché evidentemente la telefonata era più importante. Mi ha mandato in pratica a quel Paese con un NO nel giro di pochi secondi, senza nemmeno che terminassi la frase. Se il servizio da me richiesto, poteva essere fatto, non l'avrei comunque commissionato. Solo per un'informazione e sembrava di dare fastidio... Figuriamoci concludere un lavoro. Meglio così, alla fine sono andata da quello accanto!
Courtesy is not at home! The receptionist was on the phone, I politely asked them to wait outside for the call to finish as I wanted to ask for information. But he still invited me to express my need by HANDLING to hurry up because obviously the phone call was more important. He basically sent me to that country with a NO within seconds, without even finishing the sentence. If the service I requested could be done, I wouldn't have commissioned it anyway. Just for information and it seemed to annoy ... Let alone finish a job. Better this way, in the end I went to the next one!
