★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questo negozio nel 2014 per affidare il completo rifacimento dei miei infissi: me li hanno forniti e INSTALLATI (Per non citare la marca, doppi vetri e pvc). Dopo qualche anno, durante un autunno di piogge consistenti, accade che entra acqua dalle guarnizioni di una finestra, ma in quantità tale da dover posizionare secchi e asciugamani, con danni a battiscopa sottostante. Chiedo lumi a Ferri: dopo un sopralluogo mi spiegano che le guarnizioni potrebbero essere un po’ secche e sarebbe meglio “massaggiarle” (????? Dopo 3 anni?????). Il problema ovviamente non si risolve, e in occasione di ogni pioggia consistente si presenta il problema, con intensità variabile.... nell’ultimo dicembre diventa ingestibile con asciugamani da strizzare in continuo... contatto il negozio non sapendo COSA poter fare.... mi spiegano che devo aspettare qualche settimana (feste di mezzo) e comunque senza una soluzione abbozzata.... mi rivolgo allora a una ditta concorrente: sopralluogo immediato e responso: chi aveva installato la finestra (Ferri) non aveva predisposto i canali di scarico = l’acqua non scaricava ed ENTRAVA in casa... soluzione: 4 buchi con trapano... Non ho più ricontattato Ferri, che comunque non mi ha ricontattata per sapere se avevo risolto.... In definitiva direi, DELUDENTE... sicuramente nel servizio, nell’assistenza, ma forse anche nella competenza e nell’interesse del cliente
I turned to this shop in 2014 to entrust the complete makeover of my fixtures: they supplied and INSTALLED them to me (not to mention the brand, double glazing and pvc). After a few years, during an autumn of heavy rain, it happens that water enters from the seals of a window, but in such quantity as to have to place buckets and towels, with damage to the underlying baseboard. I ask Ferri for explanations: after an inspection they explain to me that the seals may be a little dry and it would be better to "massage them" (????? After 3 years ?????). Obviously, the problem is not solved, and on the occasion of each heavy rain the problem arises, with variable intensity .... in the last December it becomes unmanageable with towels to be wrung out continuously ... I contact the shop not knowing WHAT to do. ... they explain to me that I have to wait a few weeks (middle parties) and in any case without a sketchy solution .... I then turn to a competing company: immediate inspection and response: whoever had installed the window (Ferri) had not prepared the drainage channels = the water did not drain and ENTER the house ... solution: 4 holes with a drill ... I have never contacted Ferri again, who in any case did not contact me to find out if I had solved it .... Ultimately I would say, DISAPPOINTING ... certainly in the service, in the assistance, but perhaps also in the competence and interest of the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche anno fa ho effettuato una ristrutturazione importante, ho acquistato 17 finestre con tapparelle e zanzariere (varie grandezze) una porta ingresso e 7 porte interne, dove sia nelle porte che nelle finestre sono usciti fuori diversi problemi, alcuni dati da difetti costruttivi e altri legati all installazione.
Finestre con telaio bucato,copri cerniere graffiate, porta che dopo qualche mese si deforma, porta d ingresso che si fa fatica ad aprire, zanzariere bucate in prossimità degli angoli e per finire porta interna con un pezzo mancante e di conseguenza malfunzionante.
Dopo numerose e-mail e telefonate, con i loro tempi biblici mi hanno sistemato quasi tutto.
ASSISTENZA POST VENDITA PESSIMA, la titolare è un mix di incompetenza scortesia e maleducazione, tutto questo ovviamente dopo che ho pagato.
SCONSIGLIATISSIMO, chi vi dice sono bravissimi, fa riferimento a quando gestiva il SIG. FERRI, persona stimatissima per competenze e professionalità.
Vi assicuro che in giro c è molto di meglio, in termini di qualità di prodotti e di installatori, i loro sarebbero certificati "posatori casa clima"
ma visti i numerosi errori direi forse solo certificati!!!

Windows with a hole in the frame, scratched hinges, a door that deforms after a few months, an entrance door that is difficult to open, mosquito nets with holes near the corners and, finally, an internal door with a missing and consequently malfunctioning piece.
After numerous e-mails and phone calls, with their biblical times they got me almost everything sorted.
BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE, the owner is a mix of incompetence, rudeness and rudeness, all this obviously after I paid.
NOT RECOMMENDED, whoever tells you they are very good, refers to when he managed the MR. FERRI, highly respected person for skills and professionalism.
I assure you that there is much better around, in terms of product quality and installers, theirs would be certified "home climate installers"
but given the numerous errors I would say maybe only certificates !!!

Un garanzia di qualità che dura nel tempo.
A distanza di 22 anni ho richiesto un intervento per sistemare una porta. Sono venuti 3 tecnici estremamente preparati seri e precisi che in 1/2 ora mi hanno risolto il probela. Un commento? Semplicemente ECCEZIONALI. !!!
