★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State alla larga. Società poco seria, parco auto imbarazzante, e personale del tutto impreparato a gestire la clientela.
Ho prenotato una Mercedes classe B per un viggio con la famiglia; ci sentiamo per telefono e sembra tutto ok. Al mio arrivo l'addetto mi dice di avere solo una Yaris cross da potermi dare.
Faccio notare che avevo prenotato un'auto più grande e che peraltro la Yaris era offerta ad un importo più basso di quello da me effettivamente pagato. L' addetto non sa che dirmi, anzi mi dice che anche la Yaris è un'auto molto spaziosa ... mi offro di andare a prendere l'auto presso un'altra agenzia ma non c'è niente da fare, non hanno altre auto per me, o quella o niente.
Comportamento molto scorretto, al limite della truffa.
Se avete a cuore il vostro tempo, le vostre vacanze e i vostri soldi rivolgetevi altrove.

Very incorrect behavior, bordering on scam.
