S	Salvatore Schembri Volpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto Edilartigiana per un'importante e completa ristrutturazione di una villa bifamiliare (ca 400mq con interventi anche all'esterno): ci siamo trovati di fronte non solo un'impresa seria e affidabile, ma soprattutto una Famiglia di professionisti competenti ed esperti, in grado di supportarci durante tutto l'iter dei lavori. Il Team di Edilartigiana si è costantemente interfacciato in maniera genuina, aperta e costruttiva sia con noi, sia con il Direttore Lavori che abbiamo nominato. Durante la pandemia ci siamo poi ritrovati a doverci trasferire in casa prima del termine dei lavori: Alessandro, Federico, Lorenzo, Angelo ecc. hanno dimostrato di poter continuare a lavorare "in punta di piedi" senza invadere la nostra privacy e rendendo una situazione difficile a causa del contesto legato al Covid, decisamente gestibile fino al giorno del collaudo. Nota finale ma decisamente non da sottovalutare: prezzi decisamente onesti. We chose Edilartigiana for an important and complete renovation of a two-family villa (about 400sqm with interventions also outside): we were faced with not only a serious and reliable company, but above all a family of competent and experienced professionals, in able to support us throughout the work process. The Edilartigiana Team has constantly interfaced in a genuine, open and constructive way both with us and with the Works Manager we have appointed. During the pandemic we then found ourselves having to move home before the end of the works: Alessandro, Federico, Lorenzo, Angelo etc. have shown that they can continue to work "on tiptoe" without invading our privacy and making a difficult situation due to the context linked to Covid, which was very manageable until the day of testing. Final note but definitely not to be underestimated: very honest prices.

Inizialmente sembravano molto professionali, ma dopo aver riscontrato diverse imprecisioni nei lavori (dati al 100% dalla manodopera) ho provato a ricontattarli ma niente, non rispondono al telefono. Dopo UN ANNO siamo ancora nella stessa situazione, ho dovuto chiamare un'altra ditta per aggiustare i loro errori. L'unica cosa che posso fare è mettervi in guardia. Mi hanno anche aiutato a risolvere problemi non causati da loro e sono stati super proattovi quando ho chiesto qualche piccolo intervento di verifica ben oltre la chiusura del cantiere. Consigliatissimi! Serious and professional company !! They finished the work in advance of the plan and there were no surprises on the price agreed in the estimate. They also helped me solve problems that were not caused by them and were super proactive when I asked for some small checks beyond the closure of the construction site. Highly recommended!

Il Signor Bruno Guerrisi ha fatto il sopralluogo a casa e ha redatto in tempi brevi il preventivo, ma il cantiere è stato diretto e seguito dal figlio Manuel, una bravissima persona, molto competente, professionale, disponibile, che ha cercato sempre di venirci incontro e di trovare le soluzioni migliori per ogni problema che di volta in volta si presentava durante l'esecuzione dei lavori. L'intera squadra, composta da ragazzi in gamba e molto affiatati tra loro, si è dimostrata molto professionale, affidabile e competente, e ha svolto un ottimo lavoro. Consiglio Edilartigiana al 100%. Abbiamo conosciuto il sig, Bruno ormai un mese fa presso la nostra abitazione ad Acilia, per un sopralluogo per vari lavori di ristrutturazione piuttosto importanti. Dopo una lunga chiacchierata abbiamo consegnato il computo metrico, il giorno dopo inviato anche a mezzo e-mail e il Sig. Bruno si è congedato con l'impegno di fornirci un preventivo entro qualche giorno. Dopo varie telefonate, contatti su watsup e messanger, non abbiamo saputo più nulla!!!!! Nessun riscontro. Sperando che il Sig Bruno stia bene, e premesso che nessuno è obbligato ad accettare un lavoro, soprattutto se di lavoro di questi tempi per le ditte edili pare ce ne sia tanto, il vivere civile, la buona educazione, il rispetto per gli altri non dovrebbero mai venire meno. Una telefonata, un messaggio per farci sapere che non siete più interessati sarebbero stati graditi e vi avrebbero evitato questa stella. Io non ne avrei messo neppure una. Ho fatto 6 -7 preventivi il signor Bruno mi ha fatto fin da subito un'ottima impressione la trasparenza del preventivo e la scelta dei materiali da loro utilizzati mi ha indirizzato nella scelta. non sono qui a parlare di un'uomo che fa questo lavoro da oltre 40 anni , ma della sua squadra la Edilartigiana srl .Ristrutturare casa comporta un grande stess ma con questa ditta ho potuto fare sonni tranquilli ,è una squadra di professionisti ogni persona ha il proprio ruolo (e vi assicuro che questo fa la differenza) attenti scrupolosi e ordinati. Siamo rimasti sorpresi dal loro architetto interno una ragazza preparatissima ha seguito ogni passo dei lavori ascoltando le nostre richieste e dandoci dei preziosi consigli. Se anche voi dovete ristrutturare il vostro appartamento il consiglio che vi posso dare è fatevi fare un preventivo. Noi siamo rimasti soddisfatti ,nulla di negativo da segnalare inoltre il nostro appartamento di 70mq ci è stato consegnato prima della scadenza.
