Il mio compagno ha voluto provare una consulenza con Domidea per ristrutturare il nostro appartamento visto che, ad un primo impatto, sembravano seri, preparati ed anche di un certo livello (uno studio molto carino ed in posizione centrale a Roma in un quartiere "bene"). Niente di più lontano: scarsa professionalità e poco ascolto delle esigenze del cliente. Alle nostre obiezioni è stato risposto in modo molto velato che quello non era il nostro mestiere ed inoltre i presenti all'incontro (architetti? Ingegneri?titolari?) hanno anche parlato male delle ditte concorrenti, cosa che trovo davvero poco elegante perchè non è in questo modo che ci si dovrebbe accattivare la clientela ma mostrando le proprie capacità. Ovviamente non siamo più tornati! Don't be fooled by appearances.
