Avevo af-fidato a loro un appartamento da affittare, mi avevano detto che la provvigione all'agenzia la pagavo solo io scoprendo poi che non era vero poiché la pagava anche l'affittuario. Mi è stato presentato un contratto definito standard ma non era vero, non era un contratto standard, poiché c'era l'esclusiva e il rinnovo automatico, cosa che nel contratto standard non c'è. Inoltre per quanto riguarda il prezzo che dovevo pagare di provvigione all'agenzia mi era stata detta una cifra pari a una mensilità senza però dirmi che a quella cifra andava aggiunta l'Iva
Unprofessional and lying agency. I had entrusted them with an apartment to rent, they told me that only I paid the agency commission, and then discovered that it was not true because the tenant also paid it. I was presented with a defined standard contract but it was not true, it was not a standard contract, as there was exclusivity and automatic renewal, which is not in the standard contract. Furthermore, as regards the commission price I had to pay to the agency, I was told a figure equal to one month without however telling me that VAT was added to that amount.
