Una stella perchè sono obbligato a metterla.
Acquistato l'immobile da circa 6 anni, dopo le prime piogge sono emerse delle infiltrazioni d'acqua dalle scale esterne. Dopo vari solleciti il costruttore è intervenuto senza risolvere il problema e lasciando il lavoro incompleto. Dopo due anni dall'ultimo intervento (non risolutivo) e ulteriori solleciti senza risposte da parte del costruttore lo scrivente è costretto ad intervenire a proprie spese.

After several reminders, the manufacturer intervened without solving the problem and leaving the work incomplete. After two years from the last intervention (not resolving) and further reminders without answers from the manufacturer, the writer is forced to intervene at his own expense.
