★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Capisco che è sabato mattina ma il personale si è dimostrato a dir poco lento e anche scontroso. Consiglio di andare altrove ed evitare perdite di tempo inutili.
 Bad service. I understand it's Saturday morning but the staff proved to be nothing short of slow and even surly. I would recommend going elsewhere and avoid unnecessary delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale lento attese lunghe . ho ordinato della roba torno a prenderla e dopo 15 minuti di attesa mi viene detto che ormai erano passati troppi giorni [ 20 ] e quindi era stata già venduta ......
staff slow long waits. I ordered the stuff back to get it and after 15 minutes of waiting I was told that by now too many days had passed [20] and then had already been sold ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 12 dicembre mattina ho atteso 40 minuti.. due soli referenti al bancone.. altri tre vagavano per il negozio senza arte né parte che nn hanno avuto l'educazione e la professionalità di scusarsi per il tempo di attesa imbarazzante.. (NB: uno dei due referenti ha detto solamente "il sabato è sempre così....(!!!)"
Ho abbandonato l'impresa dopo che:
- i due clienti prima di me NON avevano ancora terminato
- tre clienti avevano desistito prima di me
- altri 5/6 che stavano aspettando dopo di me...
Servizio veramente pessimo e siamo nel 2020...
Saturday 12 December morning I waited 40 minutes .. only two referrals at the counter .. three others wandered around the shop without art or part who did not have the education and professionalism to apologize for the embarrassing waiting time .. (NB: one of the two referents only said "Saturday is always like this .... (!!!)"
I left the company after:
- the two customers before me had NOT finished yet
- three customers had given up before me
- 5/6 others who were waiting after me ...
Really bad service and we are in 2020 ...

Entrato sono andato nel reparto al dettaglio per vedere se avevano due faretti ad incasso per doccia IP65, fatta la domanda al ragazzo che mi ha indirizzato verso il reparto lampadari e luci varie, appena arrivato, trovo il responsabile impegnato con due persone (a parer mio RAPPRESENTANTI ?). Chiedo se è possibile vedere per due faretti e mi dice che c'è da aspettare. Aspetto altri venti minuti ma poi decido di andare via. Prima di andare via però mi voglio togliere lo sfizio di chiedere di nuovo al ragazzo del bancone al dettaglio, quando potrò tornare per parlare con " Mr. Simpatia" e mi dice sorridendo che devo prendere un appuntamento. Per un secondo rimango stupito, allibito. Ma a dirlo prima NO !? Eh !? Poi per due semplici faretti devo prendere un appuntamento ma quando mai...suvvia. Prendo e me ne vado. Mica esistono solo loro come negozi di elettronica al mondo ? ADDIOOOOOOSSSS ???
Bad. I entered the retail department to see if they had two recessed spotlights for IP65 shower, asked the question to the guy who directed me to the chandeliers and various lights department, as soon as I arrived, I find the manager busy with two people (in my opinion REPRESENTATIVES ?). I ask if it is possible to see for two spotlights and he tells me there is to wait. I wait another twenty minutes but then I decide to leave. Before leaving, however, I want to take away the whim of asking the guy at the retail counter again, when I can come back to talk to "Mr. Sympathy" and he tells me with a smile that I have to make an appointment. For a second I am amazed, stunned. But to say it first NO !? Eh !? Then for two simple spotlights I have to make an appointment but when ever ... come on. I take and leave. Not only they exist as electronic stores in the world ? ADDIOOOOOOSSSS ???
