Very kind and patient my mother kept me for hours patiently explaining to us among the many telephone offers and connected mobiles. Which was the most convenient for us, a small but familiar shop, therefore close to the customer and the problems faced by clashing with technology.

Il servizio di consegna e montaggio è svolto dagli stessi proprietari e questo consente al cliente di avere un rapporto personale con i titolari del negozio che seguono ogni fase con molta competenza. Per me uno dei punti di forza è questo: unire i prezzi e l'assortimento che sono gli stessi della grande distribuzione alla cura per il cliente. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò ancora a Electrolux di Morrovalle quando avrò necessità di acquistare un piccolo o grande elettrodomestico
Excellent for professionalism and kindness. The delivery and assembly service is carried out by the owners themselves and this allows the customer to have a personal relationship with the shop owners who follow each phase with great competence. For me, one of the strengths is this: combining the prices and assortment that are the same as those of large retailers with customer care. I will certainly turn to Electrolux from Morrovalle again when I need to buy a small or large appliance
