A seguito di una sua richiesta via mail, ho eseguito un sopralluogo nel suo domicilio e successivamente le ho inviato un dettagliato preventivo di spesa con materiali e manodopera, per un piccolo lavoro interno. Preventivo che, passato del tempo, Lei ha accettato. Successivamente, abbiamo atteso che Lei valutasse alcune modifiche e decidesse i colori, ed infine abbiamo atteso che Lei si recasse presso un'altra Ditta per invitarci ad acquistare, un materiale, che per dimensione e spessore, era DIVERSO da quello pattuito e soprattutto per sua destinazione NON ADATTO . Pertanto, siamo veramente spiacenti se Lei ha perso del tempo, in questa piccola storia. Cordiali saluti. Preventivo pervenuto il 25 stesso mese e da me accettato malgrado più oneroso rispetto a Ditta concorrente. Ho proposto anche al titolare i materiali adatti alle mie esigenze, non disponibili nel suo magazzino, ma meno cari e comodi da acquistare in loco. Ricevuto un assenso di massima, ho atteso invano una conferma e l'avvio dei lavori. Il 16 giugno successivo, ho inviato una garbata mail di sollecito per conoscere le intenzioni del sig. Pallotto, rimasta senza risposta. Trascorsa invano un'altra settimana senza neppure una telefonata di giustificazione, ho comunicato ad Abitas la mia rinuncia ai lavori, definendo il loro comportamento “antiprofessionale” e “scorretto”. Mi hanno fatto perdere un mese e mezzo di tempo ed anche i servizi della seconda Ditta, che nel frattempo ha cominciato un lavoro altrove. Chi ha bisogno di costoro, consideri la mia esperienza. I also proposed to the owner the materials suitable for my needs, not available in his warehouse, but less expensive and comfortable to buy on site.
