C	Carmelo Repaci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa ho scritto una recensione molto negativa escluso per il personale dell'accettazione. Dopo questo periodo ho riscontrato il capovolgimento. Centralino efficiente sotto tutti gli aspetti, con particolare riferimento ai tempi di attesa minimi ed al personale efficiente. Come sempre ribadisco la gentilezza delle persone all'accettazione sempre gentili e disponibili e con il sorriso nonostante le varie richieste del pubblico. Bravura anche del radiologo pronto ad ascoltare e carpire le problematiche annesse all'esame. Cosa dire, continuate su questa strada e vedrete che di queste recensioni ne riceverete parecchie. N.B. per l'Amministrazione, date un benefit straordinario al personale dell'accettazione, mi raccomando non lesinate. A year ago I wrote a very negative review except for the reception staff. After this period I found the reversal. Efficient switchboard in all respects, with particular reference to minimum waiting times and efficient staff. As always, I reiterate the kindness of the people at the acceptance always kind and helpful and with a smile despite the various requests from the public. Bravura also of the radiologist ready to listen and understand the problems related to the exam. What to say, continue on this road and you will see that you will receive several of these reviews. N.B. for the Administration, give an extraordinary benefit to the reception staff, please do not skimp.

Si aspettano ore e ore per degli esami e ore per ritirare dei semplici referti che sono tra l altro a portata di mano. Esperienza molto negativa! Posto sconsigliatissimo Reception staff very unpolite, arrogant and not helpful with customers. They wait hours and hours for examinations and hours to collect simple reports that are, among other things, at hand. Very bad experience! Place not recommended

Ho fatto la risonanza con macchinario a cielo aperto e non ho avuto nessuna ansia o fobia (mi sono rilassato tanto che stavo per addormentarmi) . Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno. Sono un paziente che viene da Messina. Positive experience, patient, polite and polite staff in the secretariat; I've been there 2 times and never found anything to say. I did the MRI with open air machinery and I had no anxiety or phobia (I relaxed so much that I was about to fall asleep). I recommend it to anyone who needs it. I am a patient who comes from Messina.

Personale a dir poco meraviglioso, gentile ed umano, hanno un infinita pazienza ed una capacità organizzativa da brividi. Sono tutti meravigliosi, ma il Dottore Plastina è l’efficienza e bontà fatta persona, non ci sono parole per descrivere la passione ed il grande lavoro che ogni giorno dona ai pazienti. Un pensiero va anche a tutti coloro che si lamentano di questa struttura.. forse non vi siete resi conto che giornalmente ci sono centinaia di persone che hanno bisogno, e puntualmente ogni giorno queste persone meravigliose fanno i conti persone maleducate e sgorbutiche senza mai perdere la calma cercando di offrire un servizio efficiente a tutti. Qual’ora non siate rimasti soddisfatti, potete sempre rivolgervi all’ospedale Riuniti.. Grazie a tutti il lavoro stupendo... Grazie Dottore Plastina!!! Exceptional, cutting-edge, clean and well-organized structure. Staff nothing short of wonderful, kind and human, they have an infinite patience and a creepy organizational capacity. They are all wonderful, but Doctor Plastina is efficiency and kindness personified, there are no words to describe the passion and great work he gives to patients every day. A thought also goes to all those who complain about this structure .. perhaps you have not realized that every day there are hundreds of people in need, and punctually every day these wonderful people deal with rude and goofy people without ever losing the calm trying to offer an efficient service to everyone. If you are not satisfied, you can always contact the Riuniti hospital .. Thank you all for the wonderful work ... Thank you Doctor Plastina !!!

M	Melina Maiuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima..ma pessima esperienza...solo per prendere un appuntamento per fare una risonanza...mi stanno solo prendendo in giro...dopo aver preso un appuntamento,mi chiamano 3 giorni prima e spostano la data..ok..riprendiamo il secondo appuntamento...richiamo 3 giorni prima...ricambiano la data...io lavoro e dico infatti che nn posso prendere giorni così..loro ... tranquilla signora spostiamo soli stavolta...richiamano x rispostare la data...ma stiamo scherzando? Al ché all ultimo cambiamento...ho detto cancellatemi...questo nn è modo di prendere una prenotazione...io di stelline ne pubblicherei 0 Bad..but bad experience ... just to make an appointment to get an MRI ... they're just fooling me ... after making an appointment, they call me 3 days before and move the date..ok .. we resume the second appointment ... I call back 3 days before ... they return the date ... I work and I say in fact that I can not take days like this ... they ... quiet lady, let's move alone this time ... they call back to return the date ...Are we joking? At the last change ... I said cancel me ... this is no way to take a reservation ... I would publish 0 of stars
