F	Flavio Atobelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MI ASSocio alla precedente recensione... già dal primo approccio per un problema su un condizionatore nuovissimo di appena 2 anni sembrava quasi che mi facessero il favore a rispondere. pago il pezzo mando il corriere a ritirare il prodotto non in sede ma ad un officina a fianco perchè loro " non c'erano " arriva un componente visibilmente usato imballato senza ne scatole ne sigilli e quando lo faccio presente vengo aggredito verbalmente ed insultato. restituisco sempre a mie spese il pezzo usato ed alla mia richiesta di rimborso mi viene risposto che il rimborso me lo fanno loro perchè si ma che non sono tenuti a farlo... ALLUCINANTE COME CERTA GENTE LAVORI ANCORA p.s. sono ancora in attesa del rimborso che qualora non arriverà seguira ovvie azioni legali MI ASSIGNED to the previous review ... from the first approach for a problem on a brand new 2-year-old conditioner it almost seemed that they did me the favor to answer. F	Francesco Spinella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza vissuta con questa azienda non è stata tra le migliori. Sicuramente la puntualità è il suo punto forte: sono arrivati 10 min prima! Durante la telefonata per fissare l'appuntamento si era parlato dettagliatamente del tipo di guasto che mi aveva segnalato la macchina di condizionamento, del modello della stessa per il quale mi serviva l'assistenza. Il titolare mi rassicurava che aveva in sede il pezzo di ricambio giusto. Tuttavia nell'eseguire l'intervento si è scoperto non solo che il pezzo non andava bene, ma affermava anche che questa eventuale mancanza di risoluzione del problema l'avesse già comunicata per telefono precedentemente. Tutto questo non era vero. Andando via prometteva inoltre di reperire il pezzo giusto e che avrebbe telefonato l'indomani al massimo dopo qualche giorno ma questa telefonata non è mai arrivata anzi sono stato costretto a chiamare io per sentirmi quasi preso in giro..in pratica per loro il pezzo non era più reperibile! Nel contattare un altro centro assistenza però mi è stato detto che il pezzo è ancora reperibile presso l'azienda madre. Mancanza di serietà questo il motivo per cui oggi non si lavora come si deve in questo paese! The experience lived with this company was not among the best. Il tecnico è intervenuto costatando il problema (prima di lui altre 2 compagnie sono intervenute non rilevando la problematica), mi ha comunicato che per risolvere aveva bisogno di una strumentazione diversa da quella in dotazione per tanto mi avrebbe ricontattato per un nuovo appuntamento e fornendomi il preventivo della riparazione. tutto molto trasparente e professionale, mi ha spiegato il problema e risolto altri piccoli difetti. Ora dopo 7 anni tutto funziona molto molto bene Grazie I contacted them about a problem with a dual split motor, for which I had little hope of resolution. Sono tre volte che li contatto per avere un appuntamento per un rumore alla caldaia in garanzia e mi dicono che mi richiamano e poi nisba. Il mio giudizio è con riserva spero di poterlo rettificare I'd like to get back to me ...... So I can make a judgment.
