R	Romina Brizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non si riesce neanche a prenotare una prestazione... alle ore 12.30 telefono squilla poi buttano giù dopo una decina di minuti di attesa; staccano il telefono e non rispondono più.... come se nelle altre ore rispondessero...... pessimo servizio di centralino mi spiace perchè il centro è valido. Consiglio di cambiare qualcosa...!!! it is not even possible to book a service ... at 12.30 the phone rings then they throw down after waiting about ten minutes; they unplug the phone and no longer answer .... as if in the other hours they answered ...... bad switchboard service I'm sorry because the center is valid. I recommend to change something ... !!!
A	Antonella Zotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo davvero pessimo! Per prendere un appuntamento deve venire giù il mondo prima! Ho fatto 20 chiamate, e non è uno scherzo! E la risposta è sempre la stessa :un operatore le risponderà il prima possibile, solo che dopo 5 minuti che sto in attesa mi riattaccano in automatico.. È una cosa normale questa? Non mi pare proprio.. Non possiamo aspettare i comodi della gente se abbiamo bisogno di prenotare degli appuntamenti, e da quanto ho visto non sono l'unica ad aver avuto questo problema! Ma nessuno si preoccupa nemmeno di risolverlo.

Lo consiglio. I went for an MRI, and I was very sick. i found kindness from everyone, both from the reception girl and the doctors. I advise.
S	Simone Ventruto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una Risonanza magnetica Lunedi 27 Dicembre, mi garantiscono che ho il risultato Giovedì 30 alle 17.00 però facendo presente che ho urgenza , mi dicano che molto probabilmente è già pronta il Mercoledì quindi di provare a chiamare e magari anticipare il tutto. Chiamo 3 volte il Mercoledì senza nessuna risposta, a questo punto vado il giovedì alle 17.00 come stabilito ma le risposte non erano pronte. Morale della favola, dopo varie insistenze da parte mia me l hanno date alle 19.00. Non ci siamo direi. I did an MRI on Monday 27 December, they guarantee me that I have the result on Thursday 30 at 17.00 but pointing out that I am urgent, they tell me that most likely it is ready on Wednesday so try to call and maybe anticipate everything. I call 3 times on Wednesday with no answer, at this point I go on Thursday at 17.00 as scheduled but the answers were not ready. Moral of the story, after several insistence on my part they gave it to me at 19.00. We are not there I would say.

Sono subito stata chiamata all'accettazione, dove la signora con gentilezza, velocità e professionalità mi ha dato tutte le informazioni. In sala di attesa del medico scelto c'era pulizia e silenzio, e mi ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative, ed oltre. Soldi ben spesi. I didn't have to wait when I arrived. I was immediately called to the reception, where the lady with kindness, speed and professionalism gave me all the information. In the waiting room of the chosen doctor there was cleanliness and silence, and it met all my expectations, and beyond. Money well spent.

Non do 1 stella grazie alle infermieri che sono sorridenti, accoglienti e gentilissime. Un consiglio: siamo clienti e l'empatia, la disponibilità é importante. La mia recensione é frutto di episodi ripetuti sia telefonicamente che di persona. I don't give 5 stars for the reception people. Always annoyed with giving out information. Never a smile. Zero kindness. I do not give 1 star thanks to the nurses who are smiling, welcoming and very kind. A tip: we are customers and empathy, availability is important. My review is the result of repeated episodes both by phone and in person.
